General waste enquiry form
Please note: If you have already requested containers and are waiting delivery, please do not complete another form. Your enquiry is with us and will be dealt with as soon as possible. You can order new or replacement containers online, over the phone and at our One Stop Shops.
Temporary delays to deliveries of new containers
It may take up to 8 weeks to deliver new containers. Where possible, delivery will take place at weekends.

New or replacement containers
There are charges for some new or replacement waste and recycling containers.

Food waste bags
If you have a yellow tag, tie it onto your food caddy and we will leave more bags on your collection day. Please only use your tag when you have run out of bags. Alternatively you can contact the customer service centre by phoning 01824 706000 and a roll of bags will be left for you on your collection day.

Sacks and caddy liners
We reserve the right to monitor usage and limit the service where excessive use is identified and/or residents are failing to put their rubbish into the correct colour sack.

When ordering a replacement wheelie bin or Trolibocs because it's damaged beyond repair, or due to up/down sizing, the old wheelie bin/Trolibocs must be returned when we deliver the new one.
If the old bin/Trolibocs is not available when delivering the new one, there will be a further charge of £10 to be paid before the new bin can be delivered. There will be no charge if the bin is missing because our collection crew damaged it and were unable to return it to the kerbside.
