Recycling and waste: damaged wheelie bins and Trolibocses
Repairs
If your wheelie bin or Trolibocs is damaged, we may be able to repair it.
We have a limited range of spare parts for a wheelie bin or Trolibocs and may be able to repair yours if it needs any of the following:
Trolibocs
- Replacement wheel (one or two)
- Replacement frame
- Replacement top lid
- Replacement flaps for middle or bottom box
- Replacement top, middle or bottom box
Wheelie bins
- Replacement wheel (one or two)
- Replacement axle
- Replacement hinge(s) / re-attach lid
We cannot replace broken lids because of the amount of different types of bins.
How much does a bin repair cost?
For the first three months, we will not charge for repairs to new bins or Trolibocses delivered as part of the new recycling and waste services.
From 1 September 2024, there will be a charge of £12.50 for this repair service.

Replacing a damaged bin or Trolibocs
