For an annual fee, we can collect your garden waste including:

What happens after arranging collections?

Starting from 1 April 2025, all garden waste subscriptions will run for 12 months until 31 March 2026. To bring all existing subscriptions in-line with this, all renewals, upgrades and new subscriptions will end on 31 March 2025. The charges for renewing existing subscriptions will be calculated on a sliding scale according to the length of the subscription period. You can see the new charges below.

We won't be using barcode labels or tags for the containers anymore. Instead, the details of every current subscriber will be shared electronically with the collection vehicle.

How much does it cost?

The cost for our garden waste collection service depends on the number of containers you use and how you subscribe - it's cheaper if you subscribe online.

New or replacement containers

There are charges for some new or replacement waste and recycling containers.

Customers receiving the bag service

Unfortunately, the garden waste collection service is not available to customers receiving the bag service to collect their recycling and waste. If you are on the bag service, please do not sign up for the garden waste collections. We will be reviewing this and will let you know if this changes.
