For an annual fee, we can collect your garden waste including:
- grass cuttings
- garden prunings
- branches and twigs
- leaves
- bark
- flowers
- bark wood and shavings
- plants
We will not empty green dumpy bags or green bins that contain soil, stones, compost, general household rubbish, food products or any hay/shavings, wood or paper contaminated by animals.

The subscription service runs for a 12 month period from 1 April to 31 March each year. You can sign-up at any time and the cost will be the same.
Customers receiving the bag service for recycling and waste
Unfortunately, the garden waste collection service is not available to customers receiving the bag service to collect their recycling and waste. If you are on the bag service, please do not try to sign up for the garden waste collections. We will be reviewing this and will let you know if this changes.
If you move house to another Denbighshire address that receives the Trolibocs service, you can tell us if you want to transfer your garden waste service to the new property. No refunds are given if you cancel your subscription early.

The cost for our garden waste collection service depends on the number of containers you use and how you subscribe - it's cheaper if you subscribe online. The cost is the same whenever you choose to sign up.
