Project overview: To redevelop Cysgod-y-Gaer to provide residential care services / extra care housing that will meet the future needs of citizens to potentially include step up / step down provision and a health and social care hub. Wherever possible we will look for provide outreach services to Llygadog older people's accommodation in Corwen as part of the service.
