Rhyl Recycling and Waste Park

Changes to arrangements at Household Waste Recycling Centres

Following the recent disruption to recycling collections, the Council is changing the arrangements at Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) so that residents don't need to book in advance. While we recommend booking in advance where possible, you can also book on arrival using a tablet that will be provided. This arrangement only applies to the sites at Denbigh, Rhyl and Ruthin.
