General invoices are issued for a variety of services e.g. pest control, planning applications, trade waste and care for the elderly.
You can make a payment on-line if you have your 9 digit invoice number.

Direct Debit
If you receive a regular invoice from us or you wish to pay by instalments, you can chose to pay by direct debit. You will need to complete a Direct Debit form and return it to Russell House, Churton road, Rhyl, LL18 3DP.

Debit/credit card
Debit/credit card payments can be made using your reference number at a One Stop Shop, or over the phone via the 24 hour automated payment line on 03004562499.
Cash or cheque
You can make payments at any of the One Stop Shops in Denbighshire. All you need is your reference number.
You can pay cash at a Post Office or Pay Point (external website) using the barcode on your bill.
Cheques should be made payable to Denbighshire County Council with your reference number on the back and sent to Rhyl One Stop Shop, Church Street, Rhyl, LL18 3AA.
Issues paying
If you are having problems paying your invoice, or you feel an invoice is incorrect, please contact the name and number on the top right hand side of the invoice.
If an invoice is not paid by the due date, or an arrangement has not been followed, recovery letters will be issued. If you continue failing to make payments, further action including additional court costs and fees can be incurred.
