About the Workforce Development Team

We work in partnership with Social Care Wales (external website) on the Social Care Wales Workforce Development programme (SCWWDP).

The objective of SCWWDP is to provide effective training, development and qualification provision across adult community care, children’s social care, along with management development. This programme is open to external providers, or other appropriate social care organisations working in Denbighshire, who provide commissioned adult and children and family services.
