Single Point of Access (SPoA)

SPoA can provide information, advice and assistance about the care and support services that are available for adults.

Local Integrated Family Team (LIFT)

LIFT is a multi-agency team that can help families with understanding and responding to challenging behaviour at home.

Working Denbighshire

Working Denbighshire help people to find employment, work experience and volunteering roles.

CC4LD - Conwy Connect (external website)

Conwy Connect are a member led organisation across North Wales. In addition to organising activities for people of all ages, they also have Transition, Health, Engagement and Self-advocacy projects.

STAND North Wales CIC (external website)

STAND North Wales CIC is a parent-led organisation that supports families and adults with additional needs and disabilities, and offers a range of training, parent support groups, and activities within the community. 

National Autistic Society: Denbighshire and Conwy branch (external website)

The Conwy and Denbighshire branch of the National Autistic Society provide information and support as well as run social groups and events. 

Advocacy

Advocacy services provide independent advocacy for adults, children and young people with complex disabilities, including autism spectrum conditions.

North Wales Integrated Autism Service (NWIAS) (external website)

NWIAS provide support and resources to help autistic people to understand their diagnosis of autism, as well as run drop-in sessions and training courses for adults recently diagnosed as autistic.
