Training requirements

The mandatory training requirements are listed below:

• Induction for new governors (to be completed by new governors within 12 months of appointment)
• Chairs of governing bodies (to be completed by chairs of governors within 6 months of appointment)
• Clerks to governing bodies (to be completed by clerks within 12 months of appointment)
• Understanding performance data (to be completed by all governors within 12 months of appointment)

Failure to complete the mandatory training within the specified time period will result in suspension from your role on the governing body.
