Antenatal Parent Education
Antenatal Parent Education is a four week course that provides the following sessions:
- Session 1: What to expect in labour
- Session 2: Active birth positions and pain relief
- Session 3: Infant feeding
- Session 4: Safe sleeping and caring for newborn

Who are sessions for?
The Antenatal Parent Education course is open to mothers in Denbighshire who are in the third trimester. The birth partner is welcome to come along too.
When and where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place at Eirianfa Community Centre from 9:30am to 11:30am on:
- Thursday 25 April 2024 (Session 1)
- Thursday 2 May 2024 (Session 2)
- Thursday 9 May 2024 (Session 3)
- Thursday 16 May 2024 (Session 4)
