Denbighshire County Council is offering the financial assistance of this Commercial Property Development by way of a subsidy, as defined under the Subsidy Control Act (2022).
As a condition of receiving this financial assistance, any applicant must confirm that they are able to receive the subsidy under the Minimum Financial Assistance (MFA) exemption. The MFA threshold is a maximum of £315,000 cumulated over this and the previous two financial years, as specified in section 36(1) of the Subsidy Control Act (2022), which would include this Commercial Property Development Grant.
