(AAA, AA, B, C, D, DD and 9V batteries.)
Please place your used household batteries in a single-use plastic bag, tie it securely, then place it on the floor next to your communal bins.
We will not collect the following:
- Battery chargers *
- Car batteries * (See: A to Z Recycling Guide)
- Chargeable batteries from laptops, mobile phones, power tools or vacuum cleaners *
- E-cigarettes or vapes **
- Lithium-ion ‘button’ batteries, such as those used in calculators, hearing aids or watches *
* Please take these items to your local Recycling and Waste Park.
** Please dispose of these as small electrical items.
